Siemens and Ashbridge Capital's Riverside Centre in Adelaide, one of the few older office towers in Australia to achieve certified Carbon Neutral status, picked up the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the Energy Efficiency Council's (EEC) Leading Energy Management Project – Commercial Award category at the organisation’s 2025 awards.

Accepting the award along with Vishant Narayan, Managing Director of Ashbridge Capital, at the gala dinner Alistair Fraser, Head of Sustainability for Smart Infrastructure Buildings for Siemens Australia and New Zealand said, “Accelerating digitalisation is enabling smart infrastructure to drive decarbonisation efforts. This is key to Australia playing a bigger role and doing more than addressing just its 1% share of global emissions.
