Siemens and Viakoo Collaborate to Deliver Advanced OT/IoT Security Management

Siemens Smart Infrastructure today announced an agreement with Viakoo, a leader in enterprise OT/IoT security, to offer the Viakoo Action Platform™ to its customers. This collaboration creates a service where Siemens will provide organizations with a comprehensive, automated solution for analyzing, managing and securing their rapidly expanding fleets of Internet of Things (IoT) and Operational Technology (OT) devices, providing robust cyber hygiene and continuous compliance.

The proliferation of OT and IoT devices has created significant cyber-attack opportunities for enterprises, with estimates showing an average of five to ten OT/IoT devices per employee.
