Siemens Also Ranks in TIME’s Top Ten for Employee Satisfaction

Siemens, a leading technology company focused on industry, infrastructure and mobility, is proud to announce its recognition as one of the top ten global companies by TIME Magazine in their prestigious “World’s Best Companies of 2024” list. This list, compiled in partnership with Statista, celebrates Siemens’ unwavering commitment to innovation, employee satisfaction, and sustainability. The company officially placed as the #9 worldwide best company.

Siemens' consistent efforts to focus on workplace culture and its strategic initiatives in environmental sustainability were contributing factors for the ranking. The company empowers industry, infrastructure and mobility to accelerate their digital and sustainability transformations by combining the real and digital worlds, merging hardware and software solutions that drive substantial growth and operational excellence. According to TIME Magazine and Statista, Siemens was 41st in sustainability transparency, 10th overall in employee satisfaction and rated “Very High” in Revenue Growth.

The past year held several milestone moments for the company including the opening keynote of CES 2024. The keynote included major partnership announcements like the Sony immersive engineering headset, work with AWS for industrial AI and much more.

In March, Siemens launched its new EcoTech label aimed at creating industry leading transparency into the sustainability of its products. This Eco design criteria include diverse aspects such as use of low carbon materials, sustainable packaging, energy efficiency, longevity, circularity instructions and recyclability. Siemens EcoTech represents the next milestone in the company’s long-standing commitment to minimize the environmental footprint of its own operations by 2030. And with the aid of Siemens technologies in fiscal 2023, the company helped customers avoid around 190 million tons of CO2 emissions.
