"In this successfully concluded fiscal year, we achieved record profits and diligently applied our strategy. We particularly benefited from strong and continued demand for solutions in electrification, transportation, and industrial software, while the automation sector remained challenging," said Roland Busch, President and CEO of Siemens AG. "Starting with fiscal year 2025, we will propel Siemens to a new level that will enable us to create and deliver solutions with impact on society and our customers. We will continue to invest in research and development, mergers and acquisitions to ensure faster growth, based on our technological strengths and ability to scale across diverse industries. The planned acquisition of Altair consolidates our leading position in industrial software and artificial intelligence. Our ability to combine the real world with the digital world is unmatched," said Roland Busch, President and CEO of Siemens AG.

"We achieved, once again, an excellent free cash flow of €9.5 billion in fiscal year 2024. We also continue strategic capital allocation, using good balance sheet results to continue investments, generating attractive returns for company shareholders. Our shareholders will benefit from the proposed dividend increase to €5.20, with a yield of 2.9%," stated Ralf P. Thomas, CFO of Siemens AG.

Outlook
In fiscal year 2025, we expect moderate economic growth, partly due to continued geopolitical uncertainty, trade conflicts, and ongoing challenges facing the manufacturing sector due to overcapacity and weak consumer demand. On the other hand, infrastructure markets, especially electrification and mobility, show successful activity.

Digital Industries anticipates for fiscal year 2025 a revenue change ranging from (6)% to 1% and a profit margin of 15% to 19%.
Smart Infrastructure expects for fiscal year 2025 revenue growth between 6% and 9% and a profit margin of 17% to 18%.
Mobility expects revenue growth between 8% and 10% and a profit margin of 8% to 10%.
For the Siemens Group, we estimate revenue growth in the range of 3% to 7% and a book-to-bill ratio of over 1.

For fiscal year 2025, we anticipate earnings per share (EPS) from net income before purchase price allocation (EPS pre PPA) ranging from €10.40 to €11.00, excluding the gain from the sale of Innomotics; the preliminary gain of €2.0 billion after taxes will be recorded in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. For comparison, EPS pre PPA in fiscal year 2024 was €10.54, excluding a gain of €0.61 per share from the investment in Siemens Energy.

This outlook excludes legal or regulatory liabilities.
