PT Siemens Indonesia headquarter at Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani Kav. 67-68, Pulomas, East Jakarta

PT. Siemens Indonesia, a leading technology company focused on industry and infrastructure, announced today the relocation of its headquarters to Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani Kav. 67-68, Pulomas, East Jakarta. The company has created a modern, inspiring work environment for its about 600 employees.

The office is designed to support a smooth and efficient collaborative work and visitor experience. It reflects the changing culture and requirements of office working post-pandemic with flexible working opportunities and additional services. It combines a collection of diverse spaces ranging from sound-absorbing booths and open collaboration spaces to dedicated offices.

Here we combine great individual workspaces, dedicated areas for virtual meetings, and incredible shared workspaces which promote collaborative working among our employees.”

Siemens also uses its Smart Workplace solution “COMFY” in their new headquarters. The COMFY app supports a safe return to the workplace for all employees during the current pandemic and lays the foundation for a more agile and future-oriented working.

 The integrated COMFY mobile app combines location information, usage, and building data with a wide range of features to connect employees to their office environment. The app administrators can define the daily occupancy limits so to comply with government’s direction and Safe Management Measures at the workplace.

“As the COVID-19 situation in Indonesia stabilizes and with vaccination rates climbing, Siemens Indonesia are preparing for a return to the office with the intention to maintain flexible working arrangements. By rolling out our Smart Workplace solutions we can provide more information to our employees, help them make informed decisions about returning to work in the office with a peace of mind. This way, the COMFY app is supporting our ‘New Normal’ flexible working model which allows employees to work alternatively from home or from wherever they are most productive two to three days a week,” said Holger Appler.

The location in Pulomas, Jakarta is host to the Siemens Businesses of Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, and Large Drives Applications. Meanwhile, all of Siemens’ Energy businesses are now concentrated in the Arkadia Office Park, South Jakarta.
